Shipping Policy

At Bryn Mill, we offer domestic ground shipping for all our products in the continental US. Orders shipped through ground usually take between 2-4 business days to deliver once processed. We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, but may take up to 3 business days under certain circumstances. 

On select products, customers may choose an expedited shipping service. For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, an express shipping fee may be charged. Any promotional free shipping applies only to orders in the continental U.S.

Due to logistics constraints during COVID-19, carrier shipping times may be longer than expected. We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but ask for your patience and understanding in the event that there are delays.
